Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cory Lind Fine Art! We truly appreciate you!

We are unable to offer refunds and all sales are final on PRINTS. We are unable to ensure proper care and handling of these items upon return and the damage that is being sustained which is no part of the consumer. We take great care when shipping PRINTS to ensure they arrive with no damage as much as we are humanly capable of. We appreciate your attention to this matter.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace PRINTS if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at studio@corylindfineart.com and we will give you an address to send the item back to. We will ask for pictures of the damage in order to file an insurance claim with USPS or UPS.

Cancellation Policy (if applicable)

As per Texas law, you have 3 business days to contact us via email at studio@corylindfineart.com for a refund of the entire amount including shipping. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days, only Monday to Friday.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
